We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We have proposed two plans for you, the difference between which is the presence and absence of a toilet.
(We suggest that a small toilet or at least a faucet can be very useful in an office.)
Considering that the offices will be rented, we have provided four independent offices for you, two of which are management offices.
We provided a living room/waiting room and next to it we provided a reception counter with a mini fridge and a coffee machine.
We planned a meeting room next to the living room.
We kept the entrance doors of the building and dedicated one to the entrance for customers and the other to the entrance of office owners.
We proposed two layout plans for the layout of management offices (1 and 4).
We divided the offices so that each office has an opening window and an air conditioner.
