Residenziale - Appartamento
The renovation of this three-level apartment is designed to maximize space while meeting the client's requirements. The layout of each area has been optimized to enhance both functionality and aesthetics, creating spacious, comfortable, and modern environments.
First Floor
Upon entering, on the left side, there is a storage area and the laundry room. The bathroom is hidden from view, adding a touch of elegance to the social area.
On the right side of the entrance, a small piece of furniture separates the living area.
The kitchen, dining room, and living room are integrated into a single open space, creating a bright and spacious environment with views of the exterior from all directions.
The kitchen countertop is 3.44 meters long, divided into two sections.
The first step of the staircase has been widened to better integrate it into the space, as it previously appeared disconnected. This area can now accommodate decorative elements such as vases, sculptures, or other ornaments.
Second Floor
This level features a spacious bathroom equipped with a sink, bidet, toilet, and shower.
There is also a large bedroom that can accommodate a sizable bed, a walk-in closet, and a TV unit. A cozy armchair near the window provides a comfortable spot to sit and relax while reading a book.
On the right side, there is an area that includes a small office and a multipurpose room, perfect for watching movies, enjoying a drink, or reading. Additionally, it can function as a small guest room, as the sofa converts into a bed.
Third Floor
On the third floor, the walls that previously served as storage have been removed, making way for a more spacious and comfortable office with built-in cabinets along the side walls.
