Triplex House

The redesign of the triplex house is centered on an idea of the minimum touch, maximum functionality and comfort.
The first floor is designed in three parts: kitchen, living room with a TV wall and a small reading, relaxing zone at the space under the stairs.
The second floor is designed with a main comfortable bathroom and two bedrooms both with walk in closets. The central space is designed and suggested as a small gathering / waiting / relaxing zone which can also be transformed into different functions when needed.
The Attic is re-created, expanded to create a multifunctional space. As it is seen in the sections, the place can even be used as a third bedroom/guestroom, gym or a study.
*PS: The sections and plans are designed and drawn according to the provided materials, which may not %100 accurate considering the lack of the required drawings and dimensions. Please consider this constraint while deciding to use the chosen project. For further and an accurate design, the project needs to be re-drawn using real and accurate measurements.
