IN PROPOSAL 1

The stair is designed to be convenient for use between the first and second floors. Dimensions of the stair are: height of a step is 16.1 cm, width of 30cm, and step length of 100cm.. These dimensions make the stair comfortable and easy to use as an inside stair between the two floors. The L-shaped staircase is designed to fit into the interior space on both floors. The remaining area on the first floor is easy to exploit and is suitable for the design of the child's room and on the second floor, the space is suitable for the design of the kitchen, living space, and dining space. The number of steps is 19 steps to be convenient because the height of the ground floor is 290 cm, as you said, and we did one step to equalize the stair with the floor of the second floor.

On the first floor
The child's room is done in the part adjacent to the stair as you wish. The clothing mat is designed and storage space is below the ladder. We have added memory space. A computer can be placed in it, a bed space, and we take care of leisure space for the exercise of altered recreational activities.
We also took care of a suitable space for movement in front of the stair for easy use and freedom of movement.
A small bathroom has also been added to the room and we take care of ventilation and proximity to the drainage areas.
We also left the old duct space as it is, without shrinking at your want.

In the studio

The bathroom is located next to the main entrance of the job cultivation and is close to the drainage and ventilation areas. It contains a toilet, a bidet, a shower room, and a sink with storage space. To be an integrated and comfortable bathroom for use in the studio.
The kitchen space in the studio is designed as an open kitchen with an additional food space, the same height as the workspace in the kitchen to facilitate the user experience and make this area more elegant and beautiful.

The sleeping area is designed to be an area with function as a sleeping area or living area and a TV has been added in front of the bed to be the most enjoyable and comfortable viewing experience for the customer
We have also added a Dressing Room with a laundry and drying unit so that the user experience is complementary and great for the customer and a Micag Table added to the mirror.
To make the studio with this design integrated and achieve a pleasant user experience for the customer.

On the second floor

we made a full-height wall from the floor to the ceiling to give the kitchen greater privacy and allow for optimal use of space.
The kitchen has been divided into two zones, the first zone, the second area, the main entrance wall, the addition of furniture suitable for the kitchen, and the addition of a laundry unit with a dryer.
A 90cm bar has been added to make the kitchen and dining area of one unit look more stylish.
Besides the food area, the living space has been added and is well-designed to fit the use and space in this area
The bathroom is on this floor in the middle.
Between the outdoor space (living and kitchen) and the bedroom, the bathroom has a sink plus storage, bidet, toilet, and shower room.

Master Bedroom
It is designed to contain a sleeping area with a TV, bed, and dressing and an added table with a makeup mirror to make the user experience a comfortable and integrated experience for the bedroom.
