This project involved a complete renovation of a two-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor, redesigned to improve functionality, comfort, and spatial flow. The layout features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, two balconies, a main bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a study/guest room, a dedicated laundry room, and a bathroom.

The design closely follows the client’s brief, prioritizing a generous open living space, a separate laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer (stacked), and a deep sink suitable for hand-washing and pet care. The bedroom was strategically placed in the quieter room to minimize external noise.

To enhance circulation and usability, the kitchen layout was reconfigured and relocated to the opposite side of the wall, resulting in a more efficient and fluid living area. A peninsula kitchen was integrated to support the client’s passion for cooking, while maintaining a balanced dining and lounge setup. All non-structural walls were reworked to achieve an optimized and cohesive final layout.
