I have developed three different layout options for the living area and kitchen, offering alternative solutions for space optimization and functionality.
The small bathroom has been redesigned into a shower and laundry area, with the corridor door removed and replaced by a sliding door connected to the main bathroom, improving both usability and flow.
The laundry area is designed vertically within a dedicated unit, fully integrated and concealed within a wooden structure to maintain a clean and aesthetic appearance while ensuring full functionality.
The small room (replacing the old kitchen) has been furnished to efficiently accommodate:
a wardrobe
a bed
a desk
and a small vanity
This proposal focuses on maximizing space efficiency, improving circulation, and creating a cohesive, modern living environment.
