As Requested, I aimed for welcoming and warm modern ambience that combine the Cafeteria + Gift shop where the Thun Products can easily spotted by the customer while enjoy pastries and a hot coffee.
The space is divided in 2 areas. The back area contain operative areas, like plating area, staff area, tech room, food storage and 2 bathrooms
The front area has a coffee bar with pastry display, working area with expresso machines and Cash register. The consumer area has 23 total seats and exhibition Thun Products in the center of the Cafeteria and in the lateral wall.

Style / Design
Request: Elegant but dynamic style / timeless design Coherent to the values of the brand.
A. Solution: The customer will enjoy the small routine pleasure of drink some coffee while enjoy the fairytale ambience thanks to the magical Star dust Ceiling (in the center area above Thun Products exhibition), the elegant Clear/bright Chairs and cozy relax sofa.
Brilliant elements like the Gold Color Lamps and tables add elegant style while the Neutral Colors of the wood walls and floor gives the clear and fresh environment for “good thoughts” and relax.
Request: Family and Tradition/ Distinctive Thun Icons / Staging and Decoration/Naming.
A. Solution: There are shelves in the wall where the Thun products can be exhibited and there is an exhibition island in the center of the café where custom decoration for special occasions will be display (Spring, Summer, Christmas, sales, etc).
As complement there is a space for display advertisement next to the shelves.
B. Solution: In the opposite wall of the exhibition I proposed and ambience exhibition of the family and tradition history, where Iconic pictures of the most important snapshots of Thun Family can be display.
C. Solution: I proposed “Caffe Thun” and the referential image of the Thun Family with the same idea in order to keep the family image group.
Food / Drink
Request: Special & exclusive food and drink, iconic Thun pastries, / Confort zones, wifi, charging Stations.
A. Solution: I proposed and elegant and iconic Italian Carrara marble bar with pastry display with 2 additional Stools. Each Table will have charging stations (Charlie Charger) that can be personalized with the Thun Logo, and where the customer can access to the menu card.
B. Solution: I proposed and entrance to the plating area behind the Cash register with some microwaves, ovens or refrigerator for cold drinks. Also accessible to the Storage Area and the Lockers for the Personal working in Thun Caffe.
