Una piccola stanza diventa l'ingresso verso mondi infiniti, racchiusi in centinaia e centinaia di pagine. Un nido circondato dal calore del legno e dalla morbidezza dei tendaggi diventa il cuore di questa mini-biblioteca: ogni centimetro, anche quelli sotto il materasso del divano (o, all'occasione, letto), sono stati utilizzati per sistemare libri di ogni genere e dimensione.
Il ritmico alternarsi di listelli in legno si alterna a tendaggi leggeri e protettivi, per trasformarsi, poi, in un armadio per gli ospiti, e delimita lo spazio principale in cui leggere e rilassarsi. L'arredo è completamente su misura e ingloba e nasconde il termosifone esistente, senza però soffocarlo, e nasconde tanto spazio di stoccaggio nella parte bassa in legno.L'illuminazione è diversificata: piccoli faretti a incasso nel soffitto ribassato in cartongesso; strip-led in corrispondenza dei tendaggi per delineare l'ingresso e creare atmosfera; un lampadario più importante, eventualmente anch'esso sul soffitto ribassato (e di conseguenza fissato per non creare cedimenti alla struttura in cartongesso); oppure con un bel cavo in corda a vista.
Le due pareti all'angolo della porta sono state concepite con un linguaggio diverso rispetto a quello dell'arredo primario: scaffali bianchi che non appesantiscono lo spazio, impreziositi da una carta da parati alle loro spalle. Qui c'è lo spazio per una poltrona sospesa, una soluzione divertente se ci si vuol far cullare non solo dalla lettura ma anche dalla propria seduta.

A small room becomes the entrance to infinite worlds, enclosed in hundreds and hundreds of pages. A nest surrounded by the warmth of wood and the softness of the curtains becomes the heart of this mini-library: every centimeter, even those under the sofa mattress (or, on occasion, a bed), have been used to arrange books of all kinds and size.
The rhythmic alternation of wooden slats alternates with light and protective curtains, to then turn into a wardrobe for guests, defines the main space in which to read and relax. The furniture is completely custom-made and incorporates and hides the existing radiator, without suffocating it, and hides a lot of storage space in the lower wooden part.
The lighting is diversified: small recessed spotlights in the lowered plasterboard ceiling; strip-led in correspondence of the curtains to outline the entrance and create atmosphere; a more important chandelier, possibly also on the lowered ceiling (and consequently fixed so as not to create sagging to the plasterboard structure); or with a nice exposed rope cable.
The two walls at the corner of the door have been conceived with a different language than that of the primary furniture: white shelves that do not weigh down the space, embellished with wallpaper behind them. Here there is space for a suspended armchair, a fun solution if you want to be lulled not only by reading but also by your seat.
