Prima di tutto, vorrei ringraziarvi per aver aperto questa insolita idea di design a un concorso. Ho cercato di realizzare il design più adatto ai vostri desideri e alle vostre esigenze. Spero ti piaccia.

ESTERNO:
L'edificio è stato progettato come un ovale per riflettere la forma del nostro formaggio speciale. Le maglie traslucide sulle facciate anteriore e posteriore sono input di design astratto che fanno riferimento alla superficie ruvida del formaggio con finestre di varie dimensioni. L'edificio è composto da 7 piani fuori terra con interrato e terrazzo, questi piani hanno piante cubiche indipendenti dalla maglia esterna. Il picco dell'edificio è a 22 metri dal suolo.

INTERNI:
L'edificio amministrativo e il ristorante sono separati da due diversi ingressi. Affinché dall'interno si noti la facciata monumentale dell'edificio, i primi 3 piani hanno ampi spazi a ballatoio. Questo significa anche un ingresso più spazioso e spazi più luminosi. Dopo il piano terra arriva l'area interattiva e la scuola di cucina. Il piano successivo è la sezione amministrativa dove puoi tenere i tuoi incontri con i tuoi clienti. Al piano superiore ci sono le suite con vista sull'intero terreno. Queste camere sono state progettate con colore bianco e linee morbide secondo il concetto del latte. Inoltre, uno di loro era differenziato dagli altri. Potrai così accogliere con piacere i tuoi ospiti più speciali. Anche la terrazza con tetto verde all'ultimo piano è pensata per i giorni più speciali di te e dei tuoi ospiti.

PAESAGGIO:
Il parcheggio, il parco giochi e alcuni posti a sedere sono stati progettati in base alle esigenze. Il design di queste aree, che permetteranno ai vostri clienti di divertirsi, prevede anche linee ovali in linea con il concept dell'edificio.

SOSTENIBILITÀ:
È molto prezioso per te essere sensibile su un problema del genere. Lo spazio che si crea tra la rete che circonda l'edificio e le superfici realizzate con spider glass permette all'edificio di essere ventilato con una circolazione naturale. Inoltre, l'acqua piovana proveniente dal tetto terrazzato verde dell'edificio e da altre aree verdi del paesaggio viene raccolta nel serbatoio dell'acqua nel seminterrato dell'edificio e riciclata.

First of all, I would like to thank you for opening this unusual design idea to a competition. I tried to make the most suitable design for your wishes and needs. I hope you will like it.

EXTERIOR:
The building was designed as an oval to reflect the shape of our special cheese. The translucent mesh on the front and back façades are abstract design inputs that reference the rough surface of cheese with windows of various sizes. The building consists of 7 floors with a basement and terrace, these floors have cubical plans independent of the mesh on the exterior. The peak of the building is 22 meters above the ground.

INTERIOR:
The administrative building and the restaurant are separated by two different entrances. In order for the monumental façade of the building to be noticed from the interior, the first 3 floors have large gallery spaces. This also means a more spacious entrance and brighter spaces. After the ground floor comes the interactive area and the cooking school. The next floor is the administrative section where you can have your meetings with your customers. On the upper floor, there are suites with a view of the whole plot. These rooms were designed with white color and soft lines in accordance with the milk concept. Also, one of them was differentiated from the others. Thus, you will be able to host your most special guests with pleasure. The green roofed terrace area on the top floor is also designed for the most special days of you and your guests.

LANDSCAPE:
Parking lot, playground and some sitting areas were designed in accordance with the needs. The design of these areas, which will allow your customers to have fun, also includes oval lines in line with the building's concept.

SUSTAINABILITY:
It is very valuable for you to be sensitive about such an issue. The space created between the mesh surrounding the building and the surfaces using spider glass allows the building to be ventilated with a natural circulation. In addition, rain water coming from the green terraced roof of the building and other green areas in the landscape is collected in the water tank in the basement of the building and recycled.
