This project involves the complete renovation and functional reorganization of a residential unit designed to accommodate up to four people. The intervention prioritizes a minimalist approach, emphasizing clean lines and natural materials such as wood and plaster to create a calm, refined atmosphere.

Key elements of the redesign include:

Interior Layout: The updated layout features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a bright and welcoming living room, and an independent, fully functional kitchen.

Bathroom Update: The existing bathtub has been removed in favor of a modern walk-in shower to enhance functionality and accessibility.

Fireplace Removal: The original fireplace has been removed to open up and streamline the living space.

Window Frames: All window frames will be replaced while maintaining their original dimensions to preserve the building's external character.

The result is a contemporary and practical living environment that respects the original structure while responding to the needs of modern residential living.
