The concept is simple: is to minimize work.
Using as many old walls and unnecessary walls were demolished to achieve the desired spatial program.
The family room is located in the southwest of the plan, connected to study, dining room, and kitchen, all in one area.
As for the bedrooms on the north side, the master bedroom occupies the former kitchen space, because it's the only north side rooms that has its own balcony. A wall was added to the central bathroom to serve as a laundry room.
The rest of the space remains the same, with few adjustment in the furniture layout so it meets client's request.
