According to your requests, I prepared a design where the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the north side of the apartment, while the kitchen, dining area, living room, and study area are placed on the south side.
To solve plumbing and installation issues, I placed the kitchen close to one of the bathrooms. I also designed the study in a quieter corner to provide a comfortable space for working. The bathrooms remain in their original position, but I optimized their layout. In addition, I created a laundry area inside the bathroom located between the two bedrooms.
Apart from your requests, I added an entrance area with a closet for coats, and a small storage room behind it. I also designed a large closet in the hallway, which hides the structural pillars and makes better use of the space.
Finally, I included a sliding door between the kitchen and the hallway. This helps to block sound and cooking odors from reaching the northern part of the house, while still allowing easy connection between the spaces when needed.
