I think, the plan that was given is th eperfect one for functional requirements and tune. That are proportionate and appropriate, If I tried to shift any wall it could be distuned and imbalanced. So I tried to rearrange the interior. Which can satisfy the basic functional need another way. I have uploaded the studio room, Living room, and Master bed roomrendered jpgshere. And I have done 3Ds of all the functions in sketch up file, which also I uploaded here. I can give you all the rendered view of all funcions, if you think and understand that the plan arrangement is appropriate and satisfectory for your functional requirement in my attatched jpg of plan and CAD file. I followed the economic stratagy and tried to satisfy your requirement in different way. Cause I saved all the demolishing and masonary works expanses of rearrangements. Specially the bathrooms and kihens would take high bamage of mony. Where I JUST REARRANGED THE KITCHEN, where the arrangement itself will save space and alaso provide dining counter inside the kitchen.
So I havn't done any demolition and reconstruction. Because I think it will hamper the soundness of the project.
So I uploaded interior renderd jpgs in the place of demolition and reconstruction plan.
Here I have uploaded the sketch up file where you will get all the true 3D dimensions and arrangment deails. I submitted it as substitution of demolition and reconstruction plan (vector).
