Salve, vivo a New York ma ho appena finito di costruire la mia villa in Sicilia, proprio nel mio paese di origine. Ho progettato ogni centimetro sia della parte interna che esterna della casa ma purtroppo mi sono bloccato sulla zona living (il progetto deve comprendere esclusivamente la zona "soggiorno-pranzo+cucina"del DWG) poiché desidero realizzare qualcosa di speciale ma non ho tempo e capacità per completare il progetto. Come potete vedere dalle foto della casa, mi piace molto lo stile moderno, ma vorrei combinarlo con uno stile "beach house" poiché l'intero progetto è stato realizzato attorno alla stupefacente vista mare / tramonto che si gode dalla proprietà. Mi piace il minimalismo ma non vorrei che la zona giorno fosse troppo fredda e vuota. Ho alcune idee su cosa vorrei, ma per favore non consideratele dei paletti. Innanzitutto la zona living deve comprendere la cucina nella parte rialzata della stanza (come da DWG). Vorrei evitare qualsiasi ostacolo alla vista mare da qualsiasi punto dello spazio (come TV, librerie, ecc.) ma vorrei comunque una TV (forse un OLED Signature R TV o una soluzione più economica si spera) e un camino (notare il buco nel soffitto per il posizionamento), sospeso preferibilmente anche se quelli popolari che ho visto online non mi fanno impazzire. La cucina deve essere ad una o più isole. Le mie preferite, solo per darvi un'idea del mio stile, sono le cucine DOCA (dategli un'occhiata online). Vorrei qualcosa simile alle classiche penthouse di New York che si vedono nei film, ma mescolato con lo stile di una tipica beach villa di Miami. Qualcosa di cool, diverso ma non pacchiano.
Vorrei fare un buon uso della zona rivestita in pietra dove si trova al momento il frigorifero (a proposito, il frigo a vista non mi piace..e comunque non devo necessariamente tenere quello). I principali vincoli strutturali sono la trave oscena di 50cm che attraversa l'intero spazio e il soffitto non troppo alto in generale (270 cm per la zona giorno, 250 cm nella zona della cucina ). I controsoffitti mi preoccupano anche se sono convinto siano indispensabile per camuffare la trave e nascondere l'illuminazione e l'aria condizionata, ma molto spesso se non progettati per bene risultano obsoleti (mi ricordano le sale ricevimento dei ristoranti specializzati in cerimonie..). Non so se optare per l'AC centralizzata o le unità standard nascoste, lascio a voi la scelta (l'impianto esiste gia' come potete notare dai cavi stesi sul pavimento, ho solo bisogno di un idea per distribuire e nascondere le bocchette in caso di centralizzazione o le singole unità in caso contrario). Per quanto riguarda la zona cucina mi piacerebbe guardare il mare mentre cucino piuttosto che dargli le spalle. Non preoccupatevi dell attacco gas e acqua, posso spostarli ovunque. Il muretto che vedete nella foto nell'area in cui verrà posizionata la cucina verrà rimosso. Anche l'illuminazione è molto importante ovviamente. Tendo a preferire la luce dal basso verso l'alto piuttosto che al contrario, anzi forse una combinazione dei 2 sarebbe l'ideale.
BUDGET: il mio budget e' in linea con le mie aspettative, alto. Non ho problemi a spendere 100mila euro qualora mi dovessi innamorare di una proposta ma preferirei comprare buone idee piu' che pezzi costosi. Non sono interessato ad arredamento Ikea ma non proibisco qualche pezzo economico qualora ben scelti e posizionati. Sono aperto a tutte le soluzioni. Spero di fare qualcosa di molto bello con 50-70 mila euro ma ripeto credo che il budget non sia direttamente proporzionale alla riuscita del progetto quindi sono aperto a qualsiasi soluzione di gusto e originale.

Stupitemi! Il vincitore potrebbe ritrovarsi in Sicilia al mare in un paio di mesi!

i live in New York city and i've just finished building my holiday villa in Sicily where i'm from. I ve designed every inch of both the indoor and outdoor space of the place but i got stuck with the open space living area (your proposal must cover exclusively the area called "soggiorno-pranzo+cucina"of the DWG file) since i really want the "wow" effect but i don't have time and skills to complete the project. As you can see by the rest of the house pictures, i indeed like the modern style but i want to combine it with the "beach house" feeling since the whole project was realized around the astonishing sea/sunset view from the property. Minimal suits me but i don't want the living area to bee too cold and empty. I have some ideas of what i would like but please do not consider them a must. First of all the kitchen has to be part of the project (back of the room as per "cucina" on the DWG file), open space with the living area. I would like to avoid any obstacle to the view from any point of the space (like TV, libraries etc) but i do want a tv (perhaps a Signature OLED TV R or a cheaper solution hopefully) and a fireplace (for positioning please note the round hole on the ceiling), suspended preferably (i can't find any cool one online though, not big fun of those popular ones). Kitchen has to be island/s based, my favorite brand just to give you an idea of my style is DOCA kitchens (please check it out). I love the typical NYC penthouse style you see in the movies but mixed with the Miami beach villa style. I want my place to be as cool as it can be, different, not boring but not flashy. I also would like to make a good use of that stone covered area where the refrigerator is momentary seating (i don't have to keep that one by the way and generally speaking i'd prefer the refrigerator to be hidden somehow or at least not too visible). Major constraints i see is the big (50cm high) girder crossing the whole space. Ceiling is 270cm for the living area, 250cm in the kitchen area (20cm step). False ceiling is the tricky part...they are good to hide lighting and AC perhaps but very often pretty obsolete solution if not thought carefully. Not sure if i prefer centralized AC or hidden standard units, i leave it to you but keep in mind i have to hide it in there somewhere (don't need an AC system plan, that's already in place, i just a solution for distributing and hiding the units or the AC vents). For the kitchen area i would prefer facing the sea while cooking so don't worry about the water and gas system, i can move things around. The little wall you see in the picture where the kitchen will be placed, will be removed. Lighting is also very important for me and i have no idea about it but i tend to like light from the bottom up more than vice versa, maybe a combo of the 2.
BUDGET: my budget is in line with my expectations, high. I have no issue in spending 100k euro if i fall in love with a project but i'd rather buy great ideas more than pricey pieces. Not interested in IKEA furnitures but i wouldn't mind some cheap piece if well chosen and placed. I'm open to any solution and i hope to do something cool with 50/70k euro but i don't believe the budget is directly proportional to the outcome coolness so again i'm open to any proposal as far is original and creative.
