The project involves the creation of a welcoming and modern home office, equipped for work, hobbies and relaxation.
We decided to create a custom-made, full-height wooden closet immediately next to the entrance, closing two internal windows instead of one internal and one external, to have more light front the outside and keep more privacy towards the house. Next to the closet, there is a wooden and metal desk, built where the low windows have been closed, with plenty of space and a view to the outside. On The other side, against the internal stone wall, we created a small lounge corner with sofa, armchair, a soft carpet and coffee tables.
The roof window is closed; the wooden cladding is partly left and partly replaced by ice gray plasterboard panels, on which reconstructed wooden beams stand out to preserve a mountain style but brighter and more modern, with LED spotlights. The floor is Whisper Ash Matt RT by Caesar Ceramics USA.
