Come è possibile vedere dagli elaborati grafici, le soluzioni proposte sono due: la prima ipotesi (A) prevede lo spostamento del bagno e dei relativi impianti rispetto alla situazione attuale; la seconda (B), al contrario, ne conserva la disposizione.
Le proposte coincidono invece per quanto riguarda l'organizzazione del piccolo soggiorno.
Per rendere più funzionale questo ambiente è stato deciso di attrezzare entrambi le pareti: quella a destra (rispetto a chi entra nell'ambiente) con la cucina (il cui sviluppo pari a 360 cm occupa quasi interamente lo spazio a disposizione), quella a sinistra con un sistema sospeso si librerie e contenitori (quello proposto nella scheda degli arredi è il sistema modulare BESTA di Ikea).
A completare l'arredo di questa stanza sono stati proposti un divano letto (come richiesto dal committente), una piccola poltrona, un tavolino, un tavolo a ribalta (così che da tavolo per 6 persone può comodamente diventare una consolle poco ingombrante) e delle sedie pieghevoli (anche loro pensate per occupare meno spazio quando non usate).
In questo modo il piccolo ambiente può adeguatamente ospitare all'occorrenza fino a 6 persone. Qualora il committente decidesse di ridurre l'ingombro della cucina, credo che lo spazio ricavato possa essere occupato da armadi contenitori (profondi 60 cm come la cucina) funzionali ad attrezzare ancora meglio l'ambiente: avere una parete completamente attrezzata rende certamente lo spazio meno frammentario, spigoloso e quindi più ordinato ed arioso.
Per quanto riguarda la camera da letto ed il bagno, come si diceva, due sono le ipotesi. Nella prima lo spazio antistante le due finestre, quello dunque più luminoso, è destinato alla camera (davanti vi è posizionato un lungo piano che funge anche da scrivania), mentre il bagno ed il guardaroba occupano la parte più buia della stanza. Entrando nella camera il guardaroba i trova subito sulla destra. Avanzando ci si ritrova nella camera da letto. La parete che separa questo ambiente dal bagno (alta 210/240 cm, per lasciare entrare luce naturale nel bagno) diviene la testata del letto: per tale ragione può essere trattata in maniera differente dalle altre (dipinta con un colore diverso oppure rivestita con mattoncini, ad esempio). Il bagno è comodo e ben attrezzato: ospita una grande doccia, lo spazio per sistemare una lavatrice a carico verticale, i due sanitari ed un lavabo.
Nella seconda ipotesi il bagno continua ad occupare la posizione attuale. Per regolarizzare l'ambiente, questo viene assimilato alla parete perimetrale, in modo da definire una “parete abitata” nella quale, a sua volta, prende forma la grande “finestra abitata” dove viene ricavata una piccola e raccolta postazione studio. La parete del bagno viene così piegata per accompagnare la luce fino all'interno della stanza, così come l'imbotte di questo vano (vedi schema).
Per l'intero appartmento viene proposta una pavimentazione in ceramica, pratica e facile da pulire.

As you can see from the drawings, the solutions proposed are two: the first hypothesis (A) includes the bath and related facilities movement from the current situation; the second (B), on the contrary, retains the actual layout.
The proposals instead are the same for the organization of the small living room.
To make this environment more functional, has been decided to equip both the walls: one on the right (than someone enters the environment) with the kitchen (which development takes up the entire space available), one on the left with a suspension system of libraries and containers (one proposed in the furniture board is the modular system BESTA Ikea).
To complete the furnishings of this room have been proposed a sofa bed (as requested by the client), a small armchair, a coffee table, a folding table (so that from a table for 6 people can easily become a space-saving console) and folding chairs.
In this way the small environment can adequately accommodate up to 6 people if necessary. If the client decides to reduce the size of the kitchen, I believe that the proceeds space can be occupied by containers cabinets (60 cm deep as the kitchen) functional to equip even better the environment: to have a fully equipped wall certainly makes the space less fragmented, angular and therefore more orderly and airy.
As for the bedroom and the bathroom, as I said, there are two hypotheses. In the first space in front of the two windows, the brighter therefore, is bound to the room (there is positioned in front of a long top that doubles as a desk), while the bathroom and the closet occupy the darkest part of the room. Entering the room, the wardrobe is immediately on the right. Advancing you find the bedroom. The wall that separates this room from the bathroom (210/240 cm high, to allow natural light in the bathroom) becomes the head of the bed: for this reason it can be treated differently from the other (painted in a different color or covered with bricks, eg). The bathroom is comfortable and well equipped: it hosts a large shower, enough space to place a vertical load washer, the two wc and a wash basin.
In the second hypothesis, the bathroom continues to occupy the current location. To regularize the environment, this is assimilated at the perimetral wall, so as to define a "inhabited wall" in which, in turn, takes form the largest "inhabited window" where it is obtained a small office station. The wall of the bathroom is folded in order to accompany the light inside of the room, as well as the intrados of this compartment (see diagram).
For the whole apartment has been offered a ceramic floor, practical and easy to clean.
