We tried in every aspect to upgrade your apartment.
The best sollution for that is that the living area be
put up as it is in the plan you can see. There is a
big sofa for 4 people and in front of that there is a
plazma TV so that everyone knows when someone comes home.
The middle room is turned into a kitchen so that the cook
can easily bring the food from the kitchen you already have, to the right.
So that while on vacation it is less tiring a job for food
to be carried. The kitchen is in the "L" shape that most people
love. And also you got a kitchen island as a bonus since it
will help you put food from the supermarket their before unpacking and sorting it
it also provides space for meal preparation, and can serve as a coffee
table in the morning, as it has space for a couple of chairs.
Other than that you have many storage units in the kitchen.
The toilet is simple and has just a sink, WC and shower.
No tub, just as you wanted. It can host easily 2-4 people.
Since the bedroom to the end is private and the other 2 will
sleep on the assembling coach in the living room that has the TV.
That way there is 1 room empty betwen the two sleeping areas
Which will act as a gathering place, to drink morning coffee.
We aimed to make the apartment as practical and private as possible.
The master bedroom is simple. One master french bed with
a lot of storage units for them and the others living there.
There is a little table in the living room where 4 people
can drink coffee and talk. The little hallway connecting the
kitchen and toilet has a storage unit or wardrobe(whichever you need more)
put in it so that the
maximum space is used in this apartment. Ill also give you as
a bonus some of my private custom made furniture catalogues and also some
of the cheaper IKEA furniture, so you can get an idea of the price and style of the furniture.
You decide whether on buying IKEA, or custom furniture, or keeping pieces you already own.
I suggest you take
mostly that of cheapest IKEA but some stuff you order custom made furniture
that suits your apartment better than any other. That will improve
the functionality of the apartment altogether. We are letting you
chose by yourself how you want it done. And as last we give you the
