The main goal of the design was to create as much space as possible so that each family member can enjoy his/her privacy. Using a mezanine we doubled the living room space dividing it into lounge & study such way that the library is visible right when entering but having also storage space . Without demolishing walls above the master bedroom is room for another guest room/ children room etc. Kitchen can be also divided into 2 if necessary by a sliding glass wall dividing cooking and dining.
