I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of the Project (Studio rental) .
Your studio apartment has been designed according to the required requirements:
1- A 36 square meter apartment in Paris that we make more comfortable for two people. So that no major structural changes are made but we make the most of what we have and still have the comfort of a larger house.
2 - Access to the balcony was maintained from both windows.
3- A comfortable desk (45 cm wide) was designed to accommodate working from home and was placed in front of the window to achieve comfort and relaxation while working. The desk accommodates a laptop, keyboard and at least one open book. The desk will be foldable to save space when it is not needed.
4- and design a sofa that can be converted into a bed and at the same time separate from the main bed to achieve privacy for the house’s residents and allow two guests to sleep. Since we often have people visiting, we like to temporarily or temporarily separate from our bed during the night.
5- The main bed during sleep was temporarily separated by reflective glass panels that did not reveal the interior to achieve the necessary privacy.
6- The TV wall was designed so that it can contain a large-sized television to achieve what is required while providing sufficient space between it and the sofa.
7- The small room (Bendry, in the project) was used as a space for clothes.
8- A full cupboard up to the ceiling was designed to include the washing machine near the sink, separated from the inside with sound insulation to prevent noise and also helps to hang wet clothes.
9- A lot of storage spaces were provided in the kitchen, whether upper or lower spaces, to store many kitchen supplies while hiding them since it is a one-bedroom.
10- The dining table is designed next to the window where you can see the view.
Our storage space has been maximized as we can see in the space behind the TV, next to the TV, the space at the entrance and in the kitchen, and at the same time, the space does not seem smaller.
