Dear costumer, considering all the requirements for this project the following design is presented as an optimal solution both functionally and aesthetically.
For the maximum use of the space and a light modern feel the demolition of old walls is recommended, and blocking of one of the entrances, from the common hall.

New dividing walls must be at least 80mm thick, to resist the weight of full height kitchen cabinets and closet shelving.
The entry area is limited by a full height wooden room divider on the right, that has the function of a coat hanger, and restricts the view of the sleeping area from the door.
The kitchen facade has a minimalistic design, made completely from oak wood, with 2 levels of hanging cabinets floor to ceiling. Minimum appliances are on display. A full-size fridge, stove, oven and dish washer are built in. An open space for the microwave is provided on the left island countertop.
Wall on the left is painted with matt ivory color.
For flooring laminated wood in light oak is recommended in the entire space, except bathroom.
All furniture materials are natural, soft colors, with minimalistic design and decoration. Recommended colors -neutral with natural wooden accents (deep green, grey, white color palette).
The dining table faces the window, which allows great use of day lighting and allows a bigger table to fit in the room. The working/study area mirrors the dining table which beautifully elongates the space and gives a designer feel, with custom made tabletops.
For the quiet area a multifunctional podium bed is recommended. With a queen size mattress, it is a cozy double sleeping place. During daytime bed linen can be easily folded into the spacious drawers under the bed and the area is transformed into relaxing space/home cinema.
On the opposite wall there is a low board and a hanging tv. The wall color is ivory white, the same as in the entrance area.
The walls around the bed (right and back wall) are decorated with wooden panels from floor to ceiling. Oak wood panels are recommended. There is a niche in the right wall that serves as a nightstand and library for the relaxation zone.
Behind the library wall a spacious walk-in closet and storage space is hidden. A full height mirror is hanging on the wall outside the closet, both functional and decoration wise, giving an endless feeling to the hall.
The bathroom area is spacious and functional. With a modern walk-in shower, separated by a glass wall, full size wash basin and WC + bidet. The sink cabinet and upper shelving are made of solid wood. All appliances have minimalistic designs. The flooring and walls are covered in neutral-colored tiles with natural patterns (resembling stone, wood etc.). An additional décor twist is added by the sliding door to the bathroom.
Water heater is included in the design, pipes will be painted in copper. A washing machine and dryer on top are also situated in the opposite corner.
The recommended design has the goal to combine functionality and aesthetic experience allowing any visitor (short- or long-term stay) to get the coziness of home and the visually/sensory pleasure of a unique custom made design.
