The project foresees the closure of the central entrance, maintaining the main access from the common terrace. A large central block generates a distribution space that, in addition to allowing access to the different spaces, allows the presence of a small kitchenette overlooking the dining room. The living area is located opposite the entrance and is designed as a multifunctional space thanks to the use of modular mattresses according to the needs: sleeping area, relaxation or study.
The aim of the project is to make the most of the spaces avoiding unused areas, given the reduced space and at the same time allowing each room to be equipped with a window.
