This project presents a solution for dividing the large apartment into three separate housing units.
It starts from the desire to balance square meters and openings (to favor lighting and ventilation) and to reduce as much as possible the structural interventions, which are complex and costly in themselves.

The solution allows to obtain:
- the green apartment (approx. 50 sqm) ideal for 1 | 2 people;
- the pink apartment (110 sqm approx.) ideal for 3 | 4 people up to being able to comfortably accommodate 5 by transforming the guest room | study into another bedroom;
- the mustard apartment (97 sqm approx.) ideal for 3 | 4 people.

Each apartment is equipped with toilet and independent kitchen in order to be as independent as possible, comfortable, versatile, adaptable to situations of temporary vacation rental, airB & B,or canonical long-term rentals and | sales.
