I have worked out four options X,Y,Z &W.Every option have atleast living room with kitchen (solutions with modular and can be separated with rest of living room) 1 bathroom 1 bedroom. basically i have divided the all plan in two apartment and each apartment have two options. therefore 2 x2 =4 options
ROOM 1,2,3,AND 8 ARE COMMON IN EVERY OPTION (SEE THE EXISTING PLAN IN SHEET NO-1 FOR ROOM NUMBERS.
Highlights for each plan are as follows :-
OPTION X- 11/2 bathrooms(1 attached to bedrooms,1 common toilet) , 1 laundry room in each apartment.
OPTION Y-11/2 bathrooms(1 attached to bedrooms,1 common toilet) , 1 laundry room in each apartment but in apartment-B
kitchen can't be separate.
OPTION Y- 11/2 bathrooms(1 attached to bedrooms,1 common toilet) , 1 laundry room in apartment-A and 1 bathrooms(1
attached to bedrooms,, 1 laundry room in apartment-B .
OPTION W-11/2 bathrooms(1 attached to bedrooms,1 common toilet) , 1 laundry room in apartment-A and 1 bathrooms(1
attached to bedrooms,, 1 laundry room in apartment-B and also but in apartment-B
kitchen can't be separate.
