This design proposal sought to meet the client's expectations to provide optimal spaces in both ‎apartments. There are two layouts to choose from.‎
The first layout concentrates to deliver spacious rooms and living rooms in both apartments. The ‎private parts are separated from the public ones for more convenience of the residents. The ‎bathroom placement makes it easier to service the bedrooms and the entrance. The double ‎bedrooms are equipped with walk-in closets. The kitchen has been integrated with the dining ‎room and the living room to support them, enjoying the maximum space possible. ‎
The second layout combines the terraces with the living rooms to make them more pleasant, ‎helping them seem more spacious. Accordingly, the private parts and the bathrooms were ‎moved to the other end of the apartments, keeping the private parts separated from the more ‎public parts.‎
