In the layout plan, you can find all the room requirements that fulfill the minimum size.
Within each apartment, there is a small room which I indicated as 'storage / laundry' room. However, this can be adapted into particular need of the occupant, whether study/work area, a small closet, or guest toilet.
In the living / kitchen / dining area, the design is open to allow more natural light into the room, as well as to make it feel more spacious.
And it can easily converted if at any point in the future the occupant want a closed kitchen.
