3 Units Option
3 Units plan with 3 apartment with variety of sizes, unit A 41 Sqm, Unit B 41 Sqm, & Unit C 35 Sqm.
Each unit consists of 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Living, Dining, & kitchen. With open space living and kitchen/dining area. Living area connected via hallway to access bathroom and Bedroom.
All area gets direct sunlight from the window except for the bathroom.
Structural columns exist inside unit B that also act as kitchen boundaries.
From the existing plan, the entrance doors were changed to adjust interior space and placement.
For unit B in particular, the hallway door uses sliding door to maximize laundry/hallway size.

2 Units Option
In 2 Units plan, divided into 2 units apartment with 64sqm for unit A and 56 Sqm for unit B.
Consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Laundry, living, dining & kitchen.
The main bedroom can be placed with a king-size bed, and although the 2nd bedroom could be using king-size bed, it is recommended to use a queen-size bed.
In unit A the living area is slightly larger and thus could be used for kitchen and island format.
While Unit B uses 4 seater dining table format.
The recommended sofa distance is 1800mm to fit 42 inch TV for an ideal size ratio.
All area gets direct sunlight except for the bathroom.
Unit B is slightly smaller but in return gets the balcony side.
3 seater sofa/ modular sofa is possible and also possible to add arm chair in unit A
Both unit plans aim to create spacious space with a good flow of activity between rooms whilst maintaining the best ergonomic possible.
