My submission is comprised of two possibilities for the renovation of the apartment. One option is 2 units of 2 bedrooms + living + kitchen and the second option is 3 units of apartments, 2 of which have 1 bedroom + living + kitchen and the last having two bedrooms + living + kitchen.
Simplicity of execution and flexibility of occupation was taken into account in the design by making sure all spaces are were lit and ventilated.
