I present to you two variants for the currently available four-room apartment. The variants show the optimal possibilities of smaller apartments from one big apartment. In the first version, there are three two-room apartments with a common front entrance. While in the second version, there are two three-room apartments on the basis of one four-room apartment. Both variants are equipped with the possibilities of current furniture on the market. To realize these possibilities, it would be necessary to make all the walls inside as new. The verticals of water and sewerage are preserved by the dispositions, because it is something that is impractical for intervention. The apartments are according to the type of design, modern apartments with open kitchens and dining by the window. Bathrooms with shower cabins and built-in sinks. Washing and drying of clothes is based in separate rooms such as storage rooms or closets. All wardrobes are built-in up to ceiling height.
My personal expression in apartments is to keep a lot of sunlight and design comfortable apartments. I think I have justified my thinking with these suggestions.
