The project involves the sharing of 1 apartment of 130 square meters in the first option: 2 three-room apartments with open living room/kitchen and two bedrooms, in the second option: 3 apartments, all two-room apartments with open living room and kitchen and one bedroom, and in the third option: 2 apartments, one of which is a small four-room apartment and the other is a three-room apartment. For one of the apartments, I also presented a view of the interior, which was necessary to make the project more understandable. And a list of furniture from IKEA, where I recommend you choose light colors, as this will make the apartments look more linear, clean and larger than it really is. Also, follow a minimalist style, make sure you do not have too many decorations in the interior and a variety of furniture that will not lead to excessive spending, these details can help you offer more favorable spaces for customers and not spend large sums to achieve their sale.
