La piscina, è questo il cuore del progetto. Una vasca interna, idromassaggio e riscaldata in inverno, sovrastata da una piramide in vetro a copertura del chiosco centrale che la rende fruibile tutto l'anno, che può essere connessa a quella esterna in estate solo abbassando la chiusa ed aprendo le ante della porta vetrata. Una villa ricalcata su quelle della Roma antica, con il chiosco vetrato centrale attorno a cui si sviluppa il resto dell'abitazione, tutta visibile da ogni punto della casa, ad eccezione della zona notte, in cui è garantita la privacy.
Nel grande salone e nella sala da pranzo le vetrate possono essere aperte in modo da creare una reale continuità con il giardino, garantendo una totale fruibilità degli spazi.
L'esterno è poi pensato per il divertimento ed il relax, con aree a destinazione specifica, come il salottino o l'area falò, ed altre lasciate libere, in modo che sia la natura a farla da padrona creando aree di riflessione e connessione con essa.


The swimming pool is the heart of the project. An indoor pool, whirlpool and heated in winter, surmounted by a glass pyramid covering the central kiosk that makes it usable all year round, which can be connected to the outdoor one in summer just by lowering the sluice and opening the doors of the glass wall . A villa based on those of ancient Rome, with the central glazed kiosk around which the rest of the house develops, all visible from every point of the home, with the exception of the sleeping area, where privacy is guaranteed.
In the large living room and in the dining room the windows can be opened in order to create a real continuity with the garden, guaranteeing total usability of the spaces.
The outside is then designed for fun and relax, with areas to specific destination, such as the living room or the bonfire area, and others left free, so that it is nature that makes it king, creating areas for reflection and connection with it
