la proposta progettuale è stata sviluppata per rispondere al meglio alle esigenze da lei espresse, partendo dalla volontà di dare massima importanza alla zona giorno che viene identificata come la zona dove tutta la famiglia trascorre la maggior parte del proprio tempo.
Come da lei richiesto, la zona giorno è stata mantenuta dove si trova nello stato di fatto. E’ stata però ampliata dalla parte opposta rispetto a dove è collocata attualmente, includendo quella che al momento è la zona occupata da un bagno e da una stanza, adiacenti l’ingresso. Questa scelta rispecchia la volontà di garantire l’affaccio della zona giorno, con annesse zona pranzo e cucina, sulla piazza principale.
Il risultato è un grande spazio immediatamente adiacente l’ingresso, articolato attraverso uno schema funzionale che prevede la possibilità di svolgere attività diverse e, contemporaneamente, relazionarsi con il resto della famiglia, all’interno dello stesso ambiente.
Per questo si è prevista una zona per lo svago (musica e tv), una per la lettura, una per lo studio con postazioni dotate di pc, una zona pranzo e subito dopo una grande cucina. Tutte le zone sono collegate tra di loro.
L’elemento caratterizzante lo spazio, concepito come altamente permeabile, è la libreria a giorno in cartongesso, che collega l’ingresso alla zona giorno e al bagno ad essa destinato, facendo da filtro tra quest’ultimo ed il resto della zona giorno.
La libreria è un elemento importante del progetto in quanto oltre a delimitare lo spazio, rendendolo al tempo stesso accessibile e permeabile, ha come scopo anche quello di inglobare le parti strutturali a vista (pilastri e travi) che in questo modo si mimetizzano con l’ambiente. Da non sottovalutare l’aspetto funzionale della libreria, che può essere modulata in modo tale da alternare ai ripiani per i libri, mobili con sportelli che possono essere utilizzati come credenza, specchi, ecc..
La zona destinata al connettivo è fondamentale per il passaggio dalla zona ingresso alla zona giorno e alla zona notte e per la distribuzione funzionale della zona notte.
Quest’ultima è caratterizzata, come da lei richiesto, da 5 camere da letto e 4 bagni. In più sono stati ricavati due locali destinati ai servizi: un ripostiglio ed una lavanderia/stireria.
Quattro stanze da letto sono singole, due di queste possono diventare doppie; una stanza è matrimoniale. Quest’ultima è dotata di bagno in camera. Per quanto riguarda la distribuzione dei restanti due bagni, uno è stato posizionato in modo tale che sia in comune a due delle 4 stanze singole; l’altro è indipendente, ma può essere destinato alle restanti due stanze singole.
Per fare in modo che la cucina fosse adiacente alla zona giorno, è stato necessario spostarla rispetto alla sua posizione attuale e ricavare in quella zona due delle cinque stanze, che hanno così l’affaccio verso il cortile interno. Si è preferita questa soluzione per fare in modo che la zona giorno con annessa cucina, avesse l’affaccio sulla piazza, considerato più suggestivo e luminoso.

The project proposal was developed to best meet the needs expressed by you, starting from the desire to give maximum importance to the living area that is identified as the area where the whole family spends most of their time.
As you requested, the living area has been maintained where it is in fact. However, it has been enlarged on the opposite side from where it is currently located, including what is currently the area occupied by a bathroom and a room, adjacent to the entrance. This choice reflects the desire to ensure the view of the living area, with adjoining dining area and kitchen, on the main square.
The result is a large space immediately adjacent to the entrance, articulated through a functional scheme that provides the possibility to carry out different activities and, at the same time, to relate with the rest of the family, within the same environment.
This is why there is a leisure area (music and TV), one for reading, one for the study with PC stations, a dining area and immediately after a large kitchen. All areas are connected to each other.
The element characterizing the space thus conceived, therefore highly permeable, is the open-cast bookcase, which connects the entrance to the living area and the bathroom intended for it, acting as a filter between the latter and the rest of the living area.
The bookshelf is an important element of the project because in addition to delimiting the space, making it accessible and permeable at the same time, it also has the purpose of incorporating the visible structural parts (pillars and beams) that in this way are camouflaged with the environment. Do not underestimate the functional aspect of the bookcase, which can be modulated in such a way as to alternate with the shelves for the bookcase, furniture with doors that can be used as a sideboard, mirrors, etc.
The area destined to the connective is fundamental for the passage from the entrance area to the living area and the sleeping area and for the functional distribution of the sleeping area.
The latter is characterized, as you requested, by 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In addition, two rooms have been created for services: a storage room and a laundry / ironing room.
Four bedrooms are single, two of these can become double; a room is double. The latter has a bathroom in the room. Regarding the distribution of the remaining two bathrooms, one has been positioned in such a way that it is in common to two of the 4 single rooms; the other is independent, but can be used for the remaining two single rooms.
To make sure that the kitchen was adjacent to the living area, it was necessary to move it from its current position and obtain in that area two of the five rooms, which have the view towards the inner courtyard. We preferred this solution to make sure that the living area with adjoining kitchen, had the view on the square, considered more striking and bright.
