The project develops a simple idea: functionality! The service rooms (bathrooms and laundry) are located in the center of the house , becoming almost the nerve and functional point of it , using the existing location of the restrooms , to deliver a better installation of services ; the main bedrooms occupy the best positions in the corners of the apartment ; the guest room is located rather close to the entrance , in order to enjoy full autonomy. The living , with large open kitchen , it was designed as the focal point visible from the entrance , conceived to spend pleasant evenings with family and friends , and the terrace becomes further continuation of the interior space .
