Il nome strike del progetto è stato preso in prestito dal gesto del bowling,ovvero la demolizione per la ricostruzione a nuova vita .
Quindi partendo dalla demolizione di tutti i muri non portanti si è arrivati alla creazione di spazi quasi
amalgamati alla coppia che abiterà l’appartamento dandogli la possibilità di realizzare le loro ambizioni .
All’ingresso è stata creata una zona di “ benvenuto” con un piccolo bagno per gli ospiti .
Dopo essere stati accolti ci si affaccia in un open space con la visione totale della zona giorno , composta dal living e dalla cucina professionale dove la padrona di casa potrà sfoggiare la sua abilità di cuoca potendo contemoporaneamente intrattenere e dialogare tranquillamente con i propri ospiti comodamente rilassati
nello spazio living .
Dietro la parete portante si trova l’accesso privato alla zona notte composta da due camere da letto richieste dalla padrona di casa e un bagno centrale condiviso .
Per dare luce naturale al bagno non avendo finestre 1/3 delle pareti del bagno che affacciano sulle camere sono state fatte di vetro acidato .
In tutto l’appartamento pareti , porte e soffitti sono stati rifiniti in un bianco opaco che da alle superfici un piacevole aspetto di porcellana .
L’uso del bianco contribuisce a rendere gli spazi più ampi e luminosi .
Il riscaldamento è stato totalmente rifatto togliendo i termosifoni a muro e sostituendoli con il riscaldamento a pavimento .
