Our design proposal divided the apartment into two functioning apartments, with each having its own living room, bedroom with a walk-in closet, bathroom, and laundry/storage room. The proposal demolished the existing walls due to the restriction in space and the limitations of the piping system. The new apartments still maintain the existing structural walls and the bathrooms and kitchens, and the laundry system can still use the existing piping system.
