The proposal that I have designed to remodel the "SMART DIVISION" apartment and turn it into two apartments is mainly based on making the most of circulation, creating useful spaces on both sides.
The two apartments have all the client's requirements. There is a kitchenette and a table/bar for 3 people (4 can be accommodated by choosing smaller chairs) there is also a living room with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. To the front is an entertainment cabinet with a television.
The two apartments have a bedroom and an internal bathroom.
The washing machine is hidden in a separate cabinet.
