Here is my proposed project of the apartment division into two separаte ones in order to put them on the market.
All the requirements are fulfilled:
1) Each of the apartment has:
- A living room with a kitchenette. The kitchens are linear and even wider than 300 cm.
- Each bedroom has a double bed. There is a podium-double bed with lots of storage in the apt. 2. Apt. 1 has also walk-in-closet/laundry, which leads to the bathroom. Apt. 2 bedroom has a walk-in-closet/laundry, which leads to the bedroom.
- A bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower.
2) More swing doors and only one sliding door in the apt.2.
3) Washing machines are not located in the kitchens, nor in the bathrooms. They are placed in the wardrobes and are hidden by wall panels to look like wardobe.
4) The ideal is to waste little space in the common areas, so the halls are very small, but they have all the needed storage to put shoes and outerwear.
5) Load-bearing walls are not touched in the apt. 2. One door opening in the load-bearing wall is made 15 cm wider in the apt.1. But if it won't be possible, it can be left the way it is.
