The concept of the project is to get a smart division of the 2 apartments while keeping the loadbearing walls with out interfearing with it for to avoid high cost. Each apartment include a Tv area with L shaped sofa for more comfortable seating and to make use of the space, a dinning table for 2 people and can accommodate more (can be foldable as well), a linear kitchen 300cm length with a space 120cm in front of it, bathroom that includes a sink, toilet, bidet, shower ( The bathroom is near to the pipes for less pipe work and cost and accessible from the outside for guests as well), a pantry space for storage or laundry with swing doors, also a space / wardrobe for the washing machine and more space to have drawers or shelves, a double bedroom with a double bed, commodes, dresser and an attached walk in closet to the room for more privacy. There's also ideal space for the common entrance area. All doors are swing and no sliding doors to match your taste. Also attached demolishing and new built walls as a guide for the new design made and suggestions for light distribution.
