the project consist of an entrance, bathroom, kitchen, living room at first level and a bedroom at second level, mezzanine.
Space Allocation
At left side of the entrance there is a bathroom, heading towards the inner side there is a kitchen equiped with stove top, a sink and a fridge. Under the stove top there is a washing machine. After the kitchen there is the living room in an open space raised by 45 cm in comparison to entrance level. Underneath the floor of living area there are storage, as well under the two steps leading to living area are storage. The supporting structure of the raised floor need to have integrated drainage channels in order to collect leaked water from above and discharge it to a waste water pipe.
In the living area there is a two seat, no arm, sofa next to the big window. In front there is a small coffee table and a full ceiling tv closet. Separating the kitchen and the living area there is a dining table which can be used as normal table or breakfast/bar table.
Through a wooden ladder, from living area, there is the access to the second level, mezzanine, used as bedroom. There are located a double bed, at head of which there is a suspended shelf and a closet flush with the installations shaft.
Furniture
The furniture are almost all custom made, i.e. kitchen, shower cabin, wash basin, dinner table, tv stand/closet, shelf and bedroom closet. The furniture, i.e. two seat sofa, chair, fridge, laundry machine, bed and coffee table need to be judged based on the renders and researched on local market.
Finishing guidelines
Bathroom floor - marble tiles or similar
Floor elsewhere - wood/parquet
Wall - paint white, except the left one which can be coated in light grey bricks or if it is foreseen a brick wall it can be painted in lime wash paint.
