This house has a strong concept for modern concept design, It follows how sun path on this apartment with loft can receive sunlight. As client's request on brief, he/she needs Kitchen, Bathroom, and bedroom on your apartment with some service points such as laundry space, working space. Linear design from front door to wide window gives intimate connection for users who use them because with utilize sunlight we believe that this rooms have a good condition.
Also, Void area for mezzanine area we spare it until 50% free-space, that creates the best quality to do some activities indoor. Thus it has a lot of free space for bedroom. There, besides, is wide space near the window to get beautiful scenery out side the room.
