Buongiorno,
Nella progettazione del nuovo appartamento ho pensato ad un intervento che avesse come obbiettivo un miglioramento importante dell’articolazione spaziale, nel fare questo ho però fatto attenzione ad una minimizzazione delle modifiche strutturali da realizzare nella volontà di arrivare ad una soluzione spazialmente ottimizzata senza modifiche gravose.
Per lo stile di arredo ho seguito la vostra richiesta creando uno spazio moderno e luminoso, dominato dal bianco e dalle diverse sfumature del grigio che vanno dai toni più caldi del soggiorno e della cucina a quelli più chiari della camera matrimoniale.
Nella progettazione non ho però voluto rinunciare alla bellezza delle tonalità della pietra e del legno utilizzati la prima per i rivestimenti del bagno e il secondo per la pavimentazione, una scelta legata alla ricerca dell’innovazione anche in materiali più tradizionali.
Le linee minimali sono ricercate in ogni locale con un arredo scelto ad hoc, diversi elementi selezionati da Ikea quindi non eccessivamente dispendiosi, ma contraddistinti dalle linee pulite e dalla colorazione bianca vengono giustapposti tra loro in maniera creativa ispirandosi ad alcuni importanti esempi di interior design, per arrivare ad una soluzione spaziale gradevole e ricercata.
Il risultato è un progetto di carattere moderno e minimale ma che guarda anche al passato e alla bellezza dei materiali storici come la pietra e il legno con alcuni dettagli ricercati, un progetto che guarda anche alla sua sostenibilità economica cercando un miglioramento sensibile con la minimizzazione delle spese, elemento visibile sia nell’attenzione durante la modifica strutturale che nella successiva scelta degli arredi.

Good evening,
In designing the new apartment I thought of an operation that had as its objective a major improvement in spatial articulation, in doing this, however, I paid attention to a minimization of the structural changes to be made in the will to arrive at a spatially optimized solution without demanding changes.
For the style of furniture I followed your request by creating a modern, bright space, dominated by white and different shades of gray ranging from the warm tones of the living room and the kitchen to the lighter ones of the master bedroom.
But the design did not want to give up the beauty of the stone and wood tones used for the first bath and the second coatings for flooring, a choice linked to the pursuit of innovation even in more traditional materials.
Minimal lines are sought in every room with an ad hoc chosen furniture, different elements selected from ikea so not overly expensive, but distinguished by clean lines and white color are juxtaposed with each other creatively inspired to some important examples of interior design, to arrive at a pleasant and refined spatial solution.
The result is a modern character design and minimal but also looks to the past and the beauty of the historical materials such as stone and wood with some refined details, a project that looks to its economic sustainability looking for a significant improvement with the minimization of expenses, visible element is in attention during the structural change in the subsequent choice of furnishings.
