Ho cercato di creare uno spazio versatile e fluido. Ho iniziato inserendo un’anticamera che divide la zona giorno dalla zona notte. In questo modo la porta della camera da letto resta invariata, mentre quella del bagno viene ruotata di 90°. Anche la porta della cucina viene eliminata lasciando spazio ad un’area breakfast con sgabelli ideale per pasti veloci. L' open space si dà maggiore luce all'ambiente e maggiore aria. La posizione dei mobili della cucina rispetta l’attuale posizione degli allacci, mentre il frigo è stato traslato nella parete opposta. La cucina presenta moduli base di 60 cm e rivestimenti misti di legno e vetro. Il tavolo è per 4 persone allungabile fino a 8 posti. Nell'area living ho inserito un comodo divano letto utile in caso di ospiti e una poltrona che insieme creano una comoda area salotto. Di fronte è stato posto un mobile basso e un sistema di scaffalature Della stessa linea del mobile suddetto è stato inserito un altro mobile alto da utilizzare come dispensa. Nell'anticamera è posto un armadio a doppia anta comodo come guardaroba o dispensa, essendo piccolo l’appartamento ho cercato di ottimizzare i più piccoli spazi. La camera da letto presenta una divisione tra un’area letto e un’area studio. Le 2 parti sono separate da un sistema di pannelli di vetro e legno che danno semi trasparenza. Ne esistono di vari modelli e prezzi, ma ovviamente quelli ikea sono i più economici; evitando di inserirli la stanza è comunque abbastanza ampia da contenere l’angolo studio. Il letto presenta un cassettone utile per riporre coperte. Le pareti vengono lasciate bianche per dare luce alla stanza, mentre quella alla testa del letto presenta un colore arancio che da carattere alla stanza. Il pavimento è stato pensato in gres porcellanato effetto parquet, che dà calore all'ambiente rendendolo più accogliente. Per quanto riguarda i costi, tutti i mobili rientrano intorno al budget di 5000€ da aggiungere al costo della parete divisoria, quella dell’anticamera e l’apertura della cucina; nel totale riusciresti a rientrare perfettamente nei 15000€.

I tried to create a versatile and fluid space. I started by creating an anteroom that divides the living area from the sleeping area. In this way the door of the bedroom remains unchanged, while that of the bath is rotated 90°. Even the kitchen door is eliminated, leaving space to a breakfast area with stools for quick snacks. By creating this open space will be more light and more air. The position of the kitchen furniture respects the current position of connections, while the fridge is moved from the opposite wall. The kitchen has basic modules of 60cm and mixed coatings between wood and glass. The table is for 4 people extendable up to 8 people. In the living area I put a comfortable sofa bed that is useful in case of guests and an armchair that together creates a comfortable seating area. In front of this was placed a low cabinet and shelving system. Of the same line of the cabinet above was inserted another high unit to be used as a pantry. In the anteroom it is placed a double door wardrobe as comfortable closet or pantry, being small apartment I tried to optimize smaller spaces. The bedroom has a division between a bed area and a study area. The 2 parts are separated by a system of glass and woods panels that give semi transparency. There are various models and prices, but obviously those Ikea are the cheapest, avoiding to insert the room is still big enough to hold the work area.
The bed has a drawer handy for storing blankets. The walls are left white to give light to the room, while the head of the bed has an orange color that give character to the space. The floor is designed in gres porcellato, that heat from the room and makes it more welcoming. As regards the costs , all the furniture fall within a budget of around € 5,000 to add to the cost of the partition wall , the antechamber and the opening of the kitchen; in total you could it fit perfectly in € 15,000 .
