The aim of this design is to catch up every wish list that has given by the client and hopefully have them satisfied about the planning configurations and considerations.
The additional stair that has been provided will become the main entrance of the office space. The stair then will lead to the reception and waiting lounge that is directly accessible to the 2 working rooms (offices). THe reception has a direct access also on the Toilets (Male & Female), dark room and a small kitchen area with open balcony which is designed as a thinking area for employees that are resting during the break. The additional stair will also directly lead on the Mezzanine floor. (an additional floor area above the first floor, designed as an additional floor space, may be used as a separate office for a different tenant leading in the building, or can be used as an additional office space on the first floor.)
The design configuration of the plan aims to address every office adjustment problems that may be experienced by the client in the near future.
The exterior is designed with a modern character, using a lot of glass, but the design consideration is, it should still match and improve the existing architectural character of the whole building.
