Il progetto valuta e si propone per operare seguendo tali aspetti:
- Aspetto funzionale, ovvero l’uso degli spazi e l’ottimizzazione delle funzioni;
- Progetto di interni, ovvero la locazione ed ingombro degli arredi, realizzazione di elementi fissi di arredo/divisorio;
- Scelta colori, materiali ed arredi: ritengo che questo aspetto sia orientativo in questa fase, in quanto molto legato ai gusti personali, pertanto si consiglia, eventualmente, di affiancarsi ad un consulente di interni successivamente alla scelta del concept interno. Ma per un indicazione qualitativa, il progetto prevede tali aspetti.
PROGETTO FUNZIONALE e INTERNI
La distribuzione interna ha avuto quale priorità i seguenti aspetti:
- Riduzione della area del corridoio;
- Mantenere muro divisorio fra bagni;
- Avere tutti gli ambienti indipendenti;
- Avere spazi adeguati in superfici e rapporti aeroilluminanti (camera doppia min 13mq, studio/camera singola min 9mq);
- Riuscire a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti (gatto incluso).
Dettagli, variazioni, opportunità
CORRIDOIO
Il corridoio anche se più articolato (in quanto deve servire un maggior numero di ambienti) è stato ridotto 1 mq a vantaggio di altri ambienti. Laddove possibile inserire elementi di decoro, stampe, quadri, appendiabiti di design, perché anche l’ambiente più modesto vuole dare e servire per qualcosa in più. Il corridoio può essere separato da 1 o 2 porte scorrevoli in modo da aumentare la percezione spaziale di questo ambiente. Mio consiglio è ribassare con controsoffittatura questo ambiente. (non meno di h 2.40 per normativa). NOTA BENE, vi sono più ambienti, per cui più porte, pertanto le porte dell’armadio a muro e della lavanderia sono e dovrebbero essere opere di falegnameria, pulite senza decori, colorate dello stesso colore delle pareti, così da mimetizzarsi.
CAMERA PADRONALE
La camera è stato il fulcro della mia progettazione, perché ho cercato un modo, una soluzione per avere una cabina armadio. Dopo tanti tentativi mi sono reso conto che non è possibile ottenere una cabina armadio tradizionale senza sacrificare quelli che erano gli aspetti importanti richiesti. Per questo anche se compatta, le cabine armadio sviluppano 4 metri lineari di armadiature, oltre ad una scarpiera a tutta altezza. Con questa soluzione ho potuto ricavare anche 2 dressing room. Le cabine armadio occupano lo stesso spazio di una cabina armadio tradizionale ma sviluppata in maniera diversa. Inoltre dato che gli armadi servono sempre, vi è la possibilità in camera di posizionare un ulteriore armadio, oltre ad una grande e tradizionale cassettiera. Lo stesso letto potrebbe essere del tipo contenitore. I spogliatoio hanno delle porte scorrevoli a parete in essenza legno così come pure le paretine che nascondono gli armadi. Il mio obiettivo era quello che a porte chiuse di visualizzare una unica grande parete di legno. Eventualmente le porte possono essere sostituite con tendaggi stile camerino. Inoltre al posto dell’armadio aggiuntivo potrebbe essere inserita una consolle o un divanetto. La versatilità è piacevole.
BAGNO PADRONALE
Altro obiettivo da raggiungere era migliorare l’aspetto e la forma di almeno 1 dei due bagni. Il nuovo bagno ha una forma maggiormente regolare così da poter “giocare” con maggiore libertà. Ho previsto un tavola sulla quale posizionare due lavabi circolari, e come richiesto, ho trovato lo spazio per una vasca angolare, che fornisce all’ambiente un tocco di classe. (oltre eventualmente ad avere l’idromassaggio); Il vaso ed il bidet sono nella posizione originaria, con la differenza che essendo spalla a spalla con l’altro vaso, por poter mettere la cassetta di scarico ho dovuto prevedere una doppia parete. Ovviamente consiglio sanitari a filo muro (sospesi e non) con cassette di scarico geberit. A prima vista la vasca può sembrare molto ingombrante, ma tenete presente che è alta appena 55cm, per nulla di impatto. Ovviamente se possibile un po di illuminazione dimmerabile e colorabile, ancora meglio. L’angolo della vasca presenta l’opportunità di scegliere fra VASCA ANGOLARE, DOCCIA IDROMASSAGGIO (di quelle super accessoriate, vedi ebay), oppure una classica doccia, ma con cristallo fisso e scarico a terra (anche con gradino se non c’è pendenza necessaria)
STANZA RELAX/LETTURA
La stanza relax è stata concepita per godere della compagnia per il relax, con due poltroncine per leggere, vedere la tv, giocare ai videogame (perché no!) mettere in un angolo le poltroncine e fare un po di fitness alla tv, riprenderle e mettersi a leggere. E’ prevista una libreria su due lati. All’occorrenza una delle due poltroncine può essere una poltrona letto. Vi è inoltre uno scrittoio/scrivania per gli usi consueti. C’è inoltre uno spazio, l’armadio a muro o nella nicchia che presenta un opportunità interessante. Ho immaginato di dividere in due in altezza quello spazio, sotto mettere due ante con un asola per fare entrare in gatto per i suoi bisogni, anche perché la parete è comunicante con l’esterno e vi si può praticare un foro con griglietta (come quelli obbligatori da tenere in cucina), mentre il reparto di sopra con tutte le sue cose, tipo portantino o dispensina.
PICCOLA LAVANDERIA
Come richiesto, sono riuscito a trovare uno spazio (VICINO AL BAGNO per gli scarichi) dove poter posizionare la lavatrice, ed eventualmente l’asciugatrice o un lavatoio, o uno scaffale. Non serve che sia a tutta altezza questo ambiente si può fare un piccolo soppalco in cartongesso per valige, piumoni, ecc.
ARMADIO A MURO / RIPOSTIGLIO (zona corridoio)
Anche qui sono riuscito ad inserire come richiesto un piccolo ripostiglio, anche questo soppalcabile. Eventualmente non necessario può essere sostituito con un armadio tradizionale.
SECONDO BAGNO
Il bagno non è stato alterato nelle dimensioni, ma è stata prevista una ristrutturazione. La spalletta in muratura tra la doccia ed il lavabo, può anche non essere messa, oppure fatta in vetrocemento.
CAMERA DA LETTO
Anche questa stanza è stata lasciata invariata. Onestamente per recuperare o giocare con pochi centimetri ho pensato non valesse la pena. In questa camera ho posizionato armadi ed i letti che all’occorrenza possono essere uniti.

ARREDI-COLORI-MATERIALI
Gli arredi sono stati scelti fra quelli di uso commerciale di buon design e minimali nel prezzo. Vanno presi di riferimento come base di partenza per sua migliore o diversa scelta. La mia è un opinione dettata dalle foto indicate quali riferimenti.
I materiali utilizzati sono cartongesso per tutte le velettature e mensolature, pratico ed economico per plasmare gli spazi, e soprattutto manutenibile; mensole in legno realizzabili da falegname con costi bassi o tagliabili su misura al Brico di fiducia ed impregnabili a pennello con vernice trasparente. Il pavimento per economia e praticità di consiglia un gres porcellanato sottile di qualità (3mm) tipo Kerlite della “cotto d’este” con colori e disegni di ogni tipo e dimensione (parquet compreso), si potrebbe pensare ad un finto parquet grigio chiaro (rovere sbiancato) o un pavimento comunque chiaro, in contrasto con l’altro che avete nella zona giorno. Il gres sottile fa si che non venga rimosso il vecchio pavimento, leggero e resistente, inoltre prendere una seconda scelta di un buon materiale nelle zone notte, dove il pavimento è sempre coperto dagli arredi è un opportunità di economia e bellezza.
Condivido il bianco per le porte, mi permetto solo di consigliare un battiscopa bianco e alto 10 cm e liscio, lasciare il bianco solo ai soffitti e prevedere un colore neutro molto chiaro contrapposto ad un colore di carattere in punti strategici. Ultimamente sto utilizzando molto il tortora, si sposa con arredi vecchi, legno ed elementi di design, oltre ad essere un colore di carattere.
OSSERVAZIONI
Trovo gli ambienti ristrutturati molto puliti, comodi e pratici, per cui non ho nessun consiglio da darvi, se non per la possibilità di utilizzare delle pareti mobili per eventualmente avere comunicazione fra cucina e soggiorno. Come ho indicato, ho previsto due ante ad apertura opposta, con bloccaggio a parete e soffitto, porte alte a tutt’altezza. Possono eventualmente essere anonime senza vetri o bugnature ed essere colorate dello stesso colore della parete, oppure utilizzare due pannellature in essenza legno come sembrasse un rivestimento.
Un lungo viaggio di pensieri sfociato in idee
Eventualmente sono disponibile per esecutivi di interior o di mobilia, layout impianti, render fotorealistici, consulenza, computo di richiesta offerta, presentazione pratiche telematiche per lavori, accatastamenti.

FUNCTIONAL DESIGN and interior
The internal distribution has had as a priority the following aspects:

AISLE
The corridor although more articulated (since it has to serve a greater number of environments) was reduced mq 1 to the advantage of other environments. MASTER BEDROOM
The room was the center of my design, because I looked for a way, a solution to have a walk-in closet. After many attempts I realized that you can not get a traditional wardrobe without sacrificing what were the important aspects required. For this reason, although compact, the cabins closet develop 4 linear meters of wardrobes, as well as a shoe rack to full height. With this solution I could get even 2 dressing room. The walk-in closets occupy the same space as a traditional walk-in closet but developed differently. Moreover, it is given that cabinets are always useful, there is the possibility in the room to place a further cabinet, in addition to a large and traditional chest of drawers. The same bed may be the type container. The dressing room have sliding doors wall wood essence as well as partition walls that hide the cupboards. My goal was that in camera to view a single large wooden wall. If necessary, the doors can be replaced with curtains style dressing. Also in place additional cabinet could be inserted a console or a sofa. Versatility is nice.
BATHROOM
Another goal to reach was to improve the appearance and shape of at least one of the two bathrooms. The new bathroom has a more regular shape so he can "play" with greater freedom. I expected a table on which to place two circular basins, and as required, I found space for a corner bath, which provides the place a touch of class. RELAX ROOM / READING
The relaxation room is designed to enjoy the company for relaxation, with two armchairs to read, watch TV, play video games (why not!) SMALL LAUNDRY
As requested, I managed to find a space (NEAR THE BATHROOM for discharges) where to place the washing machine, and possibly the dryer or a wash, or a shelf. No need to be full-length this environment you can make a small loft for plasterboard bags, duvets, etc..
WALL CABINET / CLOSET (corridor area)
Even here I was able to insert a small storage room as requested, this loft. Possibly not necessary can be replaced with a traditional closet.
SECOND BATHROOM
The bathroom has not been altered in size, but was a planned restructuring. The parapet masonry between the shower and the sink, can also not be made, or made in glass blocks.
BEDROOM
Also this room has been left unchanged. Honestly to retrieve or play with a few centimeters I thought it was not worth. In this room I placed lockers and beds that can be joined.
FURNITURE-COLOR-MATERIALS
The furnishings have been chosen from those of commercial use of good design and minimal in price. Reference should be taken as a starting point for its better or different choice. My opinion is dictated by the photos shown as references.
The materials used are drywall for all velettature and mensolature, practical and economical to shape spaces, and especially maintainable; wooden shelves achievable carpenter with low costs or cut to size at Brico trusted impregnable and brush with glaze. The floor for economy and practicality suggest a porcelain quality thin (3mm) type of Kerlite "cotto d'este" with colors and designs of all types and sizes (including parquet), you might think of a laminated flooring gray ( white oak) or a floor clear, however, in contrast to the other that you have in the living area. Stoneware thin makes you do not remove the old floor, light and strong, also make a second choice of a good material in sleeping areas, where the floor is always covered by furniture is a opportunity of economy and beauty.
I share the white for the doors, I would just recommend a white baseboards and 10 cm high and smooth, leaving only white ceilings and provide a neutral color very clearly opposed to a font color in strategic locations. Lately I've been using the very dove, it is combined with old furniture, wood and design elements, as well as being a font color.
OBSERVATIONS
I find the renovated rooms very clean, comfortable and practical, so I have no advice to give you, if not for the possibility of use of movable walls to possibly have communication between the kitchen and living room. As I indicated, I have included two doors opening opposite, locking wall and ceiling, high-ceiling doors. Can possibly be anonymous without glasses or bosses and be colored in the same color of the wall, or use two wood paneling essence seemed like a coating.
