L'idea proposta si é basata sui 3 semplici punti:
- Economicitá dell'intervento
- Design contemporaneo, utilizzando materiali naturali ed ecosostenibili
- Nascondere le tubature del gas ed i cavi elettrici senza dover effettuare nessun intervento invasivo

Il design proposto prevede di rendere i balconi piú leggeri possibili, rimovendo il parapetto in muratura e sostiduendoli con un rivestimento in legno che funge anche da Brise-soleil. Parte della facciata é rivestita in listelli di legno neri, cosi da nascondere le tubature del gas ed i cavi elettrici.
La ringhiera in metallo a livello del tetto é stata sostituita con una balustrada in vetro senza infisso.
L'intonaco bianco esistente non subirá nessuna lavorazione.

The proposed idea is based on the 3 simple points:
- Economic intervention
- Contemporary design, using natural and eco-sustainable materials
- Hide the gas pipes and the electric cables without having to perform any invasive intervention

The proposed design envisages making the balconies as light as possible, removing the masonry parapet and replacing them with a wooden cladding that doubles as a brise-soleil. Part of the façade is clad in black wooden slats, so as to hide the gas pipes and the electric cables.
The metal railing at roof level has been replaced with a glass balustrade without window.
The existing white render will not undergo any processing.
