Side Split Home Remodel - Can you figure out this complex layout?

Dear client. I propose to expand the kitchen with outdoor seating/fireplace/kitchen west-northwards and add garages east-northwards of the main building volume. The hotub will be placed in between these zones. The main level laundry has to replace a small pantry next to the kitchen.
