For this modification of the floor plan, I have proposed 2 options for comparison.
Follow the function requirement, the layout provides 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry area.
In both options, all bedrooms have windows, only one bathroom without a window.
In option 1, we have 1 master bedroom and 2 double bed rooms (area > 14sqm) and a single bed room (area> 9sqm following regulation); 2 bathrooms, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with bathtub; and laundry room. Bathrooms and laundry room are put near waste stack.
In option 2, I have increase a bit area of the bedroom in the South, to have more space for a walk in closet and en suite bathroom (5 pieces layout with double basin, toilet, bidet and bathtub).
This mean in option 2 we have 1 master bedroom, 1 double bed room (area > 14sqm) and 2 single rooms (area >9sqm); 3 bathrooms; and laundry area.
In both option, terrace is accessible from corridor and the bedroom in the South. Great for gathering and sunbathing activities.
The layout is wisely used to reduce circulation area.
