The project focuses on the distribution of the second floor of the house.
It is not a decoration project but a distribution project, which is a subsequent step.
It complies with the following instructions:
- Master Bedroom
- Second suite
- Three bedrooms
- Bathroom
- Laundry and linen storage area
The main idea is to separate the Master Bedroom from the other bedrooms, organized around a multipurpose room (family TV, video games, study area, etc.).
A good possibility would be to incorporate to this space a ceiling window to receive natural zenithal lighting.
MASTER BEDROOM
Of considerable size (4.10 x 3.70 m), it contains a walk-in closet and a complete bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower space.
SUITE
Spacious (4,13x 3,06 m) contains a walk-in closet and a full bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower space.
BEDROOMS
All bedrooms have a built-in closet and a study table.
PLAY / TV ROOM
This room joins the bedrooms and allows the children to meet during the day in the private area of the house having more freedom than in the public living room of the house.
LAUNDRY ROOM
It contains a washing machine, dryer, and laundry sink.
It has enough space to receive containers for clean and dirty clothes.
It has dimensions to be an ironing room.
STAIRCASE
It uses the "L" shape proposed in the competition rules.
It has a headroom of 2.10 m at the end of the first flight.
If this height is not enough, a lower landing at the end of the staircase increases the headroom to 2.30m.
