After analyzing your requirements and studying your existing apartment, I proposed four alternative layout designs.
In the alternative one design, I proposed 2 master bedrooms (double bed) with suite bathroom each room, 3 single bedrooms, and one bathroom with laundry room inside. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 5 have access to the terrace. In this alternative there is a door to connect from corridor to the terrace so other bedroom`s occupant can access terrace.
In the alternative two design, I proposed 2 master bedrooms (double bed) with suite bathroom each room, 2 single bedrooms, and one bathroom with laundry room inside. I also proposed seating room with big window so that the light pour inside the house. The difference between alternative 1 and 2 is that single bedroom which has access to the terrace is substituted to the seating room.
In the alternative three design, I proposed two double bedrooms, one has suite bathroom inside bedroom, one doesn`t have the bathroom inside bedroom. I also proposed 2 single bedrooms, one bathroom for 3 bedrooms, and one laundry room that separated with bathroom. I also proposed seating room in this alternative design and study room near the staircase.
In the alternative four design, I proposed similar layout with alternative three, but the difference is that alternative four design doesn`t have seating room. In this alternative design, the total of the single bedrooms is 3 while alternative three only has 2 single bedrooms.
In each alternative design, I tried to proposed difference atmosphere and experience in each bedroom. For example, in the bedroom 1 (render 1), the bed headboard rest on a firm wall while in the bedroom 2 alternative one (render 2), the headboard bed is behind the windows. Bedroom 2 alternative 3 (render 3) has half size window while bedroom 1 (render 1) has full glass sliding door that connect bedroom to the terrace and has glass wall that showed the suite bathroom which give a light and continuity atmosphere to the room.
