Garden:
the house deserves a new entrance, enhanced by the Italian garden, small hedges and green flower beds and small pools of water.
I would leave the rest of the garden wild to highlight the difference between the entrance and the rest of the house.

Basement:
I have created, as requested by the client, one bedroom, the art workshop, the reception room and the new bathroom.
In addition, several storage units have been added to the transit rooms from the reception room to the laboratory.
Outside a new patio and the deck drainage at the external border of the patio.
First floor:
- the two glass doors have been inserted to close the kitchen,
- the 4 season room has been created, with a small living room and a small indoor garden which can be accessed directly from the dining room
- a new laundry was created in front of the mudroom
- the kitchen has been redesigned, giving more space to prepare food, new large island with storage cabinets in the front and backside, I insert also under cabinet LED lights.
Second floor:
- bathrooms have been redesigned and a new bathroom has been created for room 3
- a walk-in closet and a new laundry have been created.

The floors are uniform throughout the house: engineered wood for the basement and light laminate in the rest of the house.
The front doors of the house will replace them with others in white.
Replace external windows and doors with double glazing - low emissivity against irradiation
