Una casa, indipendentemente dalle sue dimensioni, se ben progettata e organizzata, può avere tutti gli ambienti in modo confortevole e visivamente bello.
Nota :
1) In entrambi gli scopi abbiamo seguito rigorosamente i principi architettonici,
2) tutta la stanza della casa è collegata con almeno 1 finestra, per ridurre il consumo di energia e utilizzare efficacemente la luce e l'aria naturali.
3) abbiamo utilizzato il pavimento in legno come richiesto (mostrato nell'intonaco)
4) colore dei toni più chiari utilizzato in tutte le stanze, in quanto questo dà la sensazione di un luogo più ampio e ben illuminato
1) Soggiorno - un'area luminosa dove la famiglia può riunirsi, colori vivaci sono stati utilizzati in quest'area, un moderno caminetto è dotato di un controsoffitto a led in questa stanza mostrato nell'immagine di rendering.
2) sala da pranzo e cucina. - una grande cucina con isola è fornita in quest'area con vista sul giardino, tavolo da pranzo con una capacità di 6 persone. un controsoffitto progettato su misura per un look and feel olistico.
3) l'armadio sotto le scale può essere utilizzato per molteplici scopi e le strisce LED vengono utilizzate nelle scale. Il muro di mattoni è utilizzato nell'ingresso richiesto dal cliente.
4) bagno al primo piano - questo bagno è stato ridisegnato e nelle immagini di rendering è fornita un'opzione di zona lavanderia.
5) camera da letto principale al 2° piano: anche quest'area è stata riprogettata e viene fornita una vista 3D per la visualizzazione.
6) bagno - il bagno al 2° piano è stato ridisegnato con l'apertura delle finestre
7) corridoio) - 2° piano. Vicino alla scala è progettato da un controsoffitto luminoso e luminoso. Mostrato nei rendering
🔴Ora arriva la zona più difficile della casa che è la cameretta dei bambini. Durante la progettazione di questa stanza viene prestata particolare attenzione non solo rispetto alla prospettiva attuale, ma durante la progettazione sono state tenute presenti anche le esigenze future.
8) una camera da letto per bambini - la sfida principale era quella di ospitare uno spazio per dormire e per studiare, ma la stanza è collegata con 2 porte, quindi è stato difficile seguire i principi architettonici in questa stanza.
Tuttavia, siamo riusciti a progettare questo spazio con cura in modo che il bambino possa utilizzare appieno quest'area per studiare e dormire
9) camera da letto con due bambini - questa è la parte migliore del progetto, abbiamo gestito uno spazio luminoso e aperto qui un letto a castello, 2 scrivanie di studio distanti l'una dall'altra e un'area salotto o zona relax sotto la finestra. Rappresentazione mostrata nelle immagini di rendering

It's our dream to make people full of choice and make their dreams into reality. We would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project, you can be sure that it was done with great care and dedication, thinking about the smallest details by the experienced professionals.
An home, regardless of its size, if well planned and organized, can have all the rooms in a comfortable and visually beautiful way.
Note :
1) In both purposal we have strictly followed the architectural principals,
2) all room in home is connected with atleast 1 windows, to lower the energy consumption and effectively utilise the natural light and air.
3) we have used the wooden flooring as requested (shown in the render)
4) colour of lighter tones used in all rooms, as this gives the feeling of a larger and well-lit place
1) Living room - a bright area where family can gather together , bright colours where used in this area, a modern fire place is provided with a led false ceiling in this room shown in render image.
2) dining room & kitchen. - a large kitchen with island is provided in this area with a garden view, dining table with capacity of 6 people.a custom designed false ceiling for a holistic look and feel.
3) closet under the stairs can be used for multiple purposes.and LED strips lights is used in stairs .brick wall is used in the entrance has requested by client.
4) first floor bathroom - this bathroom have been redesigned and a option of laundry area is provided in render images.
5) master bedroom on 2nd floor -this area is also redesign and a 3D view is provided for visualisation.
6) bathroom - bathroom on 2nd floor is redesigned with the shoter windows span
7) corridoor) - 2nd floor. Near the stair is designed by a bright glowing false ceiling. Shown in renders
🔴Now comes the most difficult zone of home that is childrens bedroom. Special attention is provided while designing this room not only with respect to current perspective but also the future needs were kept in mind while designing.
8) one child bedroom - the major challenge was to accommodate a space for sleeping has well as for studying, but the room is connected with 2 door so it was difficult to follow the architectural principals in this room.
But still we have managed to design this space with care so that the child can fully utilise this area for studying and sleeping
9) two children bedroom - this is best part of the project, we managed a bright and open space here a bunk bed, 2 study desk a distance apart from each other and a sitting area or relaxing area under the window. Representation shown in render images
